Recommended Books + Explorations

Here is a list of some of my favorite books/resources related to psychology, community, and other topics I dive into – some pop-psych, some buddhist and/or eastern philosophy-oriented and related to psychology, and others just vaguely related. Many are “pop-psychology” in the sense that they are meant to bring psychology to the general population. There are several buddhist-psychology books I’ve left off of the list, but feel free to contact me if you’re interested in some of those.
